Born and raised in Toronto’s Chinatown area, Janny is fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and her Native Dialect of Fujianese. She has worked under one of the top producers in real estate starting in 2016, and since has gone on to becoming a Real Estate Broker, Business Owner and Real Estate investor in Canada & the U.S.
Specializing in Investment Homes, Commercial Real Estate, and Property Management, her knowledge of the real estate market has consistently earned her respect and recognition in the Real Estate Industry. Janny has traded over Millions worth of residential and commercial real estate and has cultivated a reputation for providing exceptional services to Buyers, Sellers, and serial investors.

Diligent, hardworking and committed are the qualities that made her stood up among others. She specialized in email marketing, Social Media Management and Lead Generation Admin Support. She is flexible with work task and can work under pressure. Jenie has a positive outlook in life loves reading books. She believe that failure is the best teacher leading to success.

He has been a teacher for more than 10 years in the Philippines. But his real first love is designing. So most of his career, he was tasked to take care of areas of the organization which require a designer's expertise. He provides practical schemes for effective and efficient workflow aside from his classroom workload. His work ethic and dedication to what he does is unquestionable.
Before he became an educator, he used to work as a designer in an architectural firm in the Philippines. He was tasked with finalizing the design schemes for project implementations and revisions. His long-held job is something that has never fallen far from the tree, either. He teaches topics related to architecture and construction. But his passion for making structural beauty come out as reality prompted him to pursue an endeavor as such. Working with a company that believes that nobody should stop aspiring and striving to do better with one's current version of self.
